IV Seminar for Basketball Coaches

Baltic Sea Basketball Cup’ youth tournament will take place for the 9th time. This year the BSBC coaches clinic will take place for the 4th year. This year the lector is Estonian Women National Team’s fysio Elo Heinaste, who will be concentrating on physical preparation of young athletes.
Coaches clinic will take place Audentes Sports Centre 3rd to 4th January 2013.
Participation fee for 2 days is 25 EUR.
Registration and payment on site 30 minutes before the start of the clinic (time 09:00-09:30).
Work language is English.

Elo Heinaste is a young and talented Strength and Conditioning coach who has a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from University of Tartu (2010). Since 2010 Elo has been the strength and conditioning coach of Estonian Women’s National Basketball Team.  Currently Elo is studying in Sweden and getting her Master’s degree from Lund University. Elo has had the opportunity to practice her knowledge and skills abroad, the latest was in Slovenia with the top European team KK Union Olimpia.
